حذف الحساب
هذه الصفحة لطلب حذف حساب شركتك من Oman Rent Car. تستطيع أيضًا طلب الحذف من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
ماذا يُحذف
- بيانات شركتك: الاسم ومسؤول التواصل والهاتف والبريد والعنوان.
- بريد الدخول وكلمة المرور والجلسات المفتوحة على أجهزتك.
- جداول أسعارك لكل فئة.
- طلباتك المفتوحة وعروضك التي لم يُبتّ فيها.
ما قد يُحتفظ به، ولماذا
سجلّ الاتفاقات المؤكدة بينك وبين شركة أخرى ليس ملكًا لطرف واحد. الشركة الأخرى طرف فيه أيضًا، وقد تحتاجه لسجلّاتها الخاصة، فلا يُمحى بطلب طرف واحد. يُحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من هذا السجل وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ المعتمدة.
لا تُحصِّل المنصة مدفوعات ولا تحتفظ ببيانات بطاقات، فلا توجد سجلات مالية تُحتفظ لأغراض محاسبية.
ماذا يحدث بعد الإرسال
يُسجَّل طلبك ويصل لفريق الدعم، ويتوقف حسابك عن بدء أي نشاط جديد. قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من هويتك قبل التنفيذ. بعد اكتمال الحذف لا يمكن استرجاع الحساب.

Delete your account
Use this page to ask for your company account on Oman Rent Car to be deleted. You can also start deletion inside the app: Account → Settings → Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your company details: name, contact person, phone, email and address.
- Your sign-in email, password and any open sessions on your devices.
- Your price tables for every category.
- Your open requests and any offers still awaiting a decision.
What may be kept, and why
The record of a confirmed agreement between you and another company does not belong to one side alone. The other company is party to it and may need it for its own records, so it is not erased on one party's request. The minimum necessary is kept, under the approved retention policy.
The platform collects no payments and stores no card details, so there are no financial records held for accounting purposes.
What happens next
Your request is recorded and reaches our support team, and your account stops being able to start anything new. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting. Once deletion is complete the account cannot be recovered.
