لماذا لا أرى هاتف الشركة الأخرى؟

بيانات التواصل تظهر بعد تأكيد حجز بينكما فقط. إرسال عرض لا يكفي، ومعرفة رقم الاتفاق لا تكفي. هذه قاعدة أساسية في المنصة وليست إعدادًا يمكن تغييره.

لماذا لا أستطيع طلب سيارة لموعد قريب؟

لا يمكن نشر طلب أو تأكيد عرض إذا كان موعد الاستلام بعد أقل من 12 ساعة. اختر موعدًا أبعد من ذلك.

عدّلت أسعاري — هل يتغير عرض أرسلته؟

لا. العرض يحمل نسخة مثبَّتة من السعر وقت إرساله، والاتفاق المؤكد كذلك. التعديل يسري على العروض الجديدة فقط.

أنا الشركة المورِّدة وأريد إلغاء حجز

الإلغاء متاح للشركة الطالبة وحدها. إن تعذّر عليك التوفير، تواصل مع الشركة الأخرى مباشرة عبر بيانات التواصل الظاهرة لك، وأبلغ الدعم إن احتجت.

كيف أحذف حسابي؟

من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.

Common questions

Why can't I see the other company's phone number?

Contact details appear only after a booking between you is confirmed. Sending an offer is not enough, and knowing an agreement reference is not enough. This is a core rule of the platform, not a setting.

Why can't I request a car for a time soon?

A request cannot be published, and an offer cannot be confirmed, when pickup is less than 12 hours away. Choose a later time.

I changed my prices — does an offer I already sent change?

No. An offer carries a fixed copy of the price at the time it was sent, and so does a confirmed agreement. Your change applies to new offers only.

I am the supplying company and want to cancel a booking

Only the requesting company can cancel. If you cannot provide the car, contact the other company directly using the contact details shown to you, and tell support if you need to.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. Or from the account deletion page.
