Oman Rent Car منصة مجانية للتعاون بين شركات تأجير السيارات في محافظة مسقط. تنشر الشركة احتياجها إلى سيارة، وتستقبل عروضًا من شركات أخرى، وتؤكد عرضًا واحدًا، وعندها فقط تظهر بيانات التواصل بين الطرفين.
حسابات الشركات فقط. التطبيق لا يفتح حسابات للعملاء الأفراد، ولا نطلب ولا نخزّن بيانات العميل النهائي الذي تؤجّر له الشركة.
ما نجمعه
- بيانات الشركة: الاسم، اسم مسؤول التواصل، الهاتف، بريد التواصل، الولاية، العنوان التفصيلي.
- بيانات الدخول: بريد الدخول، وكلمة المرور مخزَّنة مجزَّأة (Argon2) ولا يمكن قراءتها.
- الجلسات والأجهزة: وصف مختصر للجهاز ونظامه ووقت آخر استخدام، حتى تتمكن من رؤية أجهزتك وتسجيل الخروج منها.
- نشاطك على المنصة: الطلبات التي تنشرها، العروض التي ترسلها أو تستقبلها، والاتفاقات المؤكدة وقيمتها المسجَّلة.
- سجلات تقنية: سجلات الخادم للتشغيل والأمان، وتُنقَّح لكيلا تحتوي كلمات مرور أو رموز دخول أو بيانات تواصل لمن لا يستحقها.
ما لا نجمعه
- لا موقع جغرافي. اختيار الولاية والمكان يتم بالكتابة والاختيار، ولا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع.
- لا بيانات دفع. المنصة لا تحصّل إيجارًا ولا عمولة ولا اشتراكًا، ولا تمر بها أي بطاقة.
- لا بيانات سيارات. لا لوحات ولا موديلات ولا مخزون — الشركة تسجّل أسعار فئات فقط.
- لا جهات اتصال ولا صور ولا ميكروفون.
- لا تتبّع إعلاني ولا مشاركة بيانات مع مُعلنين.
كيف نستخدم هذه البيانات
- تشغيل الخدمة: نشر الطلبات، حساب العروض من أسعارك، وتسجيل الاتفاقات.
- إظهار اسم شركتك للشركات الأخرى على طلباتك وعروضك.
- إتاحة بيانات التواصل للطرف المقابل بعد تأكيد حجز بينكما فقط.
- إرسال إشعارات تخص عملياتك، والرد على بلاغاتك وطلبات الدعم.
- الحفاظ على أمن المنصة ومعالجة إساءة الاستخدام.
من يرى ماذا
قبل تأكيد الحجز: ترى الشركات الأخرى اسم شركتك وفئة الطلب والولاية ووصف المكان والمواعيد. لا ترى هاتفك ولا بريدك ولا عنوانك التفصيلي.
بعد تأكيد الحجز: يرى طرفا الاتفاق — وهما فقط — بيانات تواصل بعضهما. شركة ثالثة لا تصل إليها حتى لو عرفت رقم الاتفاق، وإرسال عرض وحده لا يمنح هذا الحق.
فريق الدعم: يطّلع على القدر اللازم لمعالجة بلاغ أو تذكرة دعم، ويُسجَّل من اطّلع ولماذا.
مع من نشاركها
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة تقنيين للاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وإرسال البريد والإشعارات، ويعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة. وقد نفصح عند وجود التزام قانوني.
أين تُخزَّن وكيف تُحمى
الاتصال مشفَّر بالكامل، وكلمات المرور مخزَّنة مجزَّأة، والصلاحيات مفحوصة على مستوى كل سجل لا على مستوى الشاشة. مفاتيح الخدمات محفوظة خارج كود التطبيق.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
تستطيع طلب حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.
سجلّ الاتفاقات المؤكدة لا يُمحى بطلب طرف واحد، لأن الشركة الأخرى طرف فيه أيضًا. يُحتفظ بالحد الأدنى منه وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ المعتمدة.
حقوقك
تستطيع الاطّلاع على بيانات شركتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، وطلب نسخة منها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها. راسلنا على privacy@omanrentcar.com.
الأطفال
الخدمة موجَّهة لشركات تأجير السيارات، وليست موجَّهة لمن هم دون 18 عامًا.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
عند أي تغيير جوهري نحدّث تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

Oman Rent Car is a free platform on which car-rental companies in Muscat cover each other's demand. A company publishes a need for a car, receives offers from other companies, confirms one — and only then do the two sides see each other's contact details.
Company accounts only. The app has no accounts for individual customers, and we neither ask for nor store details of the end customer a company is renting to.
What we collect
- Company details: name, contact person, phone, contact email, wilayat, street address.
- Sign-in details: your sign-in email, and your password stored as an Argon2 hash that cannot be read back.
- Sessions and devices: a short device description, its platform and when it was last used, so you can see your devices and sign them out.
- Your activity: the requests you publish, the offers you send or receive, and confirmed agreements with their recorded value.
- Technical logs: server logs for operation and security, redacted so they carry no passwords, access tokens or contact details belonging to anyone not entitled to them.
What we do not collect
- No location. Choosing a wilayat and describing a place is typing and selecting; the app never asks for location permission.
- No payment data. The platform collects no rent, commission or subscription, and no card ever passes through it.
- No vehicle data. No plates, models or inventory — a company records category prices only.
- No contacts, photos or microphone.
- No advertising trackers and no sharing with advertisers.
How we use it
- To run the service: publishing requests, pricing offers from your own rate tables, and recording agreements.
- To show your company name to other companies on your requests and offers.
- To release contact details to the other party only after a booking between you is confirmed.
- To send notifications about your own activity, and to answer your reports and support tickets.
- To keep the platform secure and deal with misuse.
Who sees what
Before a booking is confirmed: other companies see your company name, the category, the wilayat, the place description and the dates. They do not see your phone, email or street address.
After a booking is confirmed: the two parties to that agreement — and only they — see each other's contact details. A third company cannot reach them even knowing the agreement reference, and having sent an offer grants no such access.
Our support team: sees what a specific report or ticket requires, and who looked and why is recorded.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. We use technical service providers for hosting, the database, email and notifications; they process data on our behalf and only as far as running the service requires. We may disclose data where we are legally required to.
Storage and protection
Traffic is encrypted end to end, passwords are stored hashed, and permissions are checked per record rather than per screen. Service keys are held outside the application code.
Retention and deletion
You can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app (Account → Settings → Delete account) or from the account deletion page.
The record of a confirmed agreement is not erased on one party's request, because the other company is party to it too. The minimum necessary is kept under the approved retention policy.
Your rights
You can see and change your company's details inside the app, ask for a copy of your data or its deletion, and object to its processing. Contact privacy@omanrentcar.com.
Children
The service is for car-rental companies and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change it materially we will update the date above and tell you inside the app.
