ما هي هذه الخدمة
Oman Rent Car منصة تتيح لشركات تأجير السيارات في محافظة مسقط أن تتعاون فيما بينها: تنشر الشركة احتياجها إلى سيارة، فتصلها عروض من شركات أخرى محسوبة من أسعارها المسجَّلة، وتؤكد عرضًا واحدًا، فتظهر بيانات التواصل بين الطرفين ليرتّبا التفاصيل مباشرة.
الاستخدام مجاني. لا عمولة ولا اشتراك ولا رسوم.
دور المنصة، وحدوده
المنصة تسجّل الطلبات والعروض وقبولها، وتفتح التواصل بين الشركتين. وهي:
- ليست طرفًا في الاتفاق بين الشركتين.
- لا تحصّل قيمة الإيجار ولا أي مبلغ آخر.
- لا تتحقق من توافر أي سيارة — الشركة التي ترسل العرض هي التي تؤكد قدرتها، وهي المسؤولة عنها.
- لا توثّق هوية أي شركة. لا يوجد في التطبيق وصف «شركة موثقة»، ووجود حساب لا يعني تحققًا من صاحبه.
- لا تتابع التسليم ولا الإرجاع ولا الدفع، ولا تسجّل شيئًا من ذلك.
انتهاء الفترة المسجَّلة في الطلب وصفٌ للمواعيد فقط، ولا يعني أن السيارة سُلِّمت أو أُعيدت أو دُفعت قيمتها.
حسابك
- التسجيل فوري. أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات شركتك وتحديثها.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
- اسم الشركة ووصف المكان حقلان يراهما الآخرون. لا تضع فيهما رقم هاتف أو بريدًا أو رابطًا للالتفاف على قاعدة إخفاء التواصل.
الأسعار والعروض
- تسجّل كل شركة خمسة أسعار لكل فئة، وكل سعر هو سعر اليوم الواحد.
- يحسب الخادم قيمة العرض من جدولك المسجَّل. لا يُدخل أحد مبلغًا يدويًا ولا يوجد خصم أو تفاوض داخل المنصة.
- إرسال العرض يثبّت قيمته. تعديل أسعارك بعد ذلك لا يغيّر عرضًا مرسلًا ولا اتفاقًا مؤكدًا.
- قيمة إيجار السيارة هي ما تحسبه المنصة. التوصيل والاسترجاع والتأمين والضمانات وأي بنود أخرى تتفقان عليها مباشرة، ولا تحسبها المنصة ولا تتدخل فيها.
المواعيد والإلغاء
- ينتهي الطلب وكل عروضه قبل موعد الاستلام باثنتي عشرة ساعة. لا يمكن النشر ولا إرسال عرض ولا التأكيد بعد هذا الموعد.
- بعد التأكيد، الشركة الطالبة وحدها هي التي تستطيع إلغاء الحجز، وقبل موعد الاستلام فقط. الشركة المورِّدة لا تملك الإلغاء.
- الإلغاء داخل المنصة إجراء على السجل. أي أثر تجاري بينكما تتفقان عليه مباشرة؛ المنصة لا تفرض رسوم إلغاء ولا تسوّي خلافًا.
استخدام غير مقبول
- نشر طلبات أو عروض غير جادّة.
- الالتفاف على قاعدة إخفاء التواصل قبل التأكيد.
- انتحال شركة أخرى أو تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة.
- محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات لا تخصك، أو الإضرار بالخدمة.
قد نوقف حسابًا يخالف ذلك. الإيقاف يمنع بدء نشاط جديد، ولا يلغي اتفاقاتك القائمة ولا يعفيك من التزاماتك تجاه الطرف الآخر.
حدود المسؤولية
الخدمة مقدَّمة كما هي. المنصة غير مسؤولة عن تنفيذ أي اتفاق بين شركتين، ولا عن عدم توافر سيارة، ولا عن جودتها، ولا عن أي خلاف أو ضرر ينشأ عن التعامل بينكما.
تغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري.

What this service is
Oman Rent Car lets car-rental companies in Muscat work together: a company publishes a need for a car, receives offers from other companies priced from their own recorded rates, and confirms one — at which point the two sides see each other's contact details and arrange the rest directly.
It is free to use. No commission, no subscription, no fees.
What the platform does, and does not do
It records requests, offers and confirmations, and opens contact between the two companies. It:
- is not a party to the agreement between two companies;
- collects no money — not the rental value, not anything else;
- verifies no availability — the company sending an offer asserts it can provide the car and is responsible for that;
- verifies no company's identity. Nothing in the app describes a company as verified, and holding an account is not a check on who holds it;
- tracks no handover, return or payment, and records none of them.
When the period recorded in a request ends, that describes the dates only. It does not mean the car was handed over, returned or paid for.
Your account
- Registration is instant. You are responsible for your company's details being accurate and current.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity through your account.
- Your company name and place description are visible to others. Do not put a phone number, email or link in either to work around the contact-hiding rule.
Prices and offers
- Each company records five prices per category, and every one of them is the price of a single day.
- The server computes an offer's value from your recorded table. Nobody types an amount, and there is no discount or negotiation inside the platform.
- Sending an offer fixes its value. Editing your prices afterwards changes neither an offer already sent nor a confirmed agreement.
- The car's rental value is what the platform computes. Delivery, collection, insurance, guarantees and anything else are agreed directly between you; the platform neither computes nor intervenes in them.
Deadlines and cancellation
- A request and all its offers end twelve hours before the pickup time. Publishing, offering and confirming are not possible after that moment.
- After confirmation, only the requesting company can cancel the booking, and only before the pickup time. The supplying company cannot cancel.
- Cancelling in the platform is an action on the record. Any commercial consequence between you is yours to settle; the platform imposes no cancellation fee and resolves no dispute.
Unacceptable use
- Publishing requests or offers you do not mean.
- Working around the rule that hides contact details before confirmation.
- Impersonating another company or giving false details.
- Attempting to reach data that is not yours, or to damage the service.
We may suspend an account that does. Suspension stops new activity; it does not cancel your existing agreements or release you from your obligations to the other party.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. The platform is not responsible for the performance of any agreement between two companies, for a car not being available, for its condition, or for any dispute or loss arising from your dealings with each other.
Changes
We may update these terms, and will tell you inside the app if we change them materially.
